Receipts

Receipt forms, samples, and cash receipt forms for use in most situations and in all states.

  • Receipt on Account

    This form should be used as a receipt for payment which does not fully pay off a debt, but, rather, is a payment on account and is credited to the total balance due.

  • Rent Receipt

    This form may be used as a receipt for the periodic payment of rent. It provides for the amount paid, the period paid for, and a description of the property.

  • Receipt of Lease Security Deposit

    This form is to be used for receipt of a lease security deposit. The amount of the deposit and a description of the lease property are all that are necessary for completion.

  • Receipt in Full

    This form should be used as a receipt for a payment which completely pays off a debt.

  • Receipt for Goods

    This form should be used as a receipt for the acceptance of goods. It is intended to be used in conjunction with a delivery order or purchase order.

  • Receipt for Collateral

    This receipt for collateral provides that the secured party has obtained the collateral and will hold it as security until the loan is repaid plus other provisions.
