Often when personal property is purchased (e.g. a jet ski), payment for the property is made through a finance plan. If the purchaser fails to make payments on the purchased property, the plan allows for the creditor/seller to reposses the purchased property. This form instructs a baliff to repossess the purchased property. It also includes a provision indemifying the baliff (holding him harmless) if a claim is brought against him for the repossession (provided that he/she has not done anything not permitted by law).
This form includes special formatting features to assist you in completing the agreement.
This form can be used in the following provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan and Yukon.
